Thiri has over 15 years of recruitment experience with in Wealth Management (Business & IT), Chartered Accounting and Commerce & Industry – in the recruitment of both permanent and contracting position . The specialization also extends to Project Professionals, Product related positions, Risk & Compliance and Information Technology & Systems.

Thiri has gained her recruitment experience whilst working for large and boutique recruitment agencies including Michael Page International, Morgan & Banks and Robert Walters Japan.

Thiri also has on site recruitment experience with major organisations, highlighting Goldman Sachs Japan (via Robert Walters Resource Solutions) where she successfully filled 70 key positions across Tokyo and Hong Kong.

With the completion of a B Bus; CPA; RG 146; Selected MBA & SIA core subjects, Thiri has over 10 years of hands on experience with in Funds Management / Wealth Management, in particular 5 years with Macquarie Bank.

Thiri has worked on various projects including but limited to Nikko Soloman Smith Barney Japan, Ord Minnett , Deutsche Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where she was responsible for the creation of end to end business processes for Wholesale and Retail Products / Funds. She is familiar with the requirements of administration, accounting, marketing, investment asset allocation and client service.

Current assignments include the Australian Federal Government, public services, the corporate and not-for-profit sectors and a range of education providers in Australia, China and SE Asia.

Clive designs and facilitates highly rated workshops focusing on developing Leadership Capability; Employee Well-being & Engagement; Strengths-based Approaches; Building Resilience; Team Effectiveness; Career Development; Strategic Planning; Positive Education; Coaching Skills.

Clive has been published in the International Journal of Evidence-based Coaching & Mentoring and spoken at numerous international conferences in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia including a recent presentation at the European Positive Psychology Conference in July 2014

Jacqueline is an accomplished experienced accountant of over ten years in financial services covering areas of costing, management accounting, business case analysis, financial control, and funds management/investment accounting.

A profession into the banking and financial services industry created an opportune career path. Jacqueline’s acquired qualifications to post-graduate level and increased knowledge and skills led to a growth specialty into management and financial accounting and business services for throughout the ten years of full-time employment.

Marital commitments led to a three-year sabbatical in the United Kingdom and the opportunity to undertake selective study in the CPA Australia programs. In conjunction, starting a family led to a career diversion into domesticity, childcare homecare, and child learning and development.

Recent years have seen Jacqueline’s involvement back to business services on a voluntary basis for a start-up consulting company assisting with its regulatory compliance administration.

To date her diverse experience has also led to a gradual shift into the recruitment industry applying those multi-disciplinary skills and knowledge in assisting a start-up establish a market presence utilising her organisational and business services experience.
